All of our core services are facilitated by large international corporations at the forefront of data security with dedicated teams tasked with protecting your confidential information. For security reasons we are not listing them here, but are happy to disclose our vendors with current clients upon request.

client portals

All of our clients are provided Client Portals free of charge, to which we will deliver any document containing confidential information.

To the extent a client requests a document outside of that system, we are able to provide in password encrypted PDF’s.

We always request, strongly encourage, and politely remind clients to provide documents with confidential information through the same process.

multi-factor authenication

We require ALL employees to use multi-factor authentication for ALL programs that contain confidential or sensitive information.

physical mail security

To limit the opportunity for mail theft of documents with confidential information (such as tax notices or bank information from check payments) the company has obtained a secure Post Office Box.
